Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EDT AT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

*Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM WAT within select cities. Please check eligibility at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $5000.
- Express and international shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
- Additional customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- Certain items may be restricted from shipment due to local regulations or carrier limitations.
- International shipping is available to select countries only. Please refer to our list of eligible destinations at checkout.
Order Tracking
- All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Missing Packages

- In cases of lost or undelivered packages, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to select countries.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.
